  1. Maintenance Corpus: A maintenance corpus is collected for the upkeep of the complex for the first two years, after which the Apartment Owners Association (AOA) will take over. The amount to be deposited is as follows:
    • 1BHK Affordable Unit: ₹50,000
    • 1BHK (S+4): ₹1,00,000
    • 2BHK (S+16): ₹1,50,000
  2. Location Charges: Additional charges based on the floor of the selected unit. For instance, first and second-floor units of the multistorey flats will have location charges of ₹1,07,489.
  3. Car Parking: Optional parking space is available for an additional ₹1,00,000. Parking spaces will be allotted via a lucky draw system.
